Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing may take slightly longer during high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Estimates
We primarily fulfill orders using US-based suppliers. Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delays, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your package is delayed, please allow extra time for carrier processing. If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, check around your delivery location and contact the carrier first. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help.
